IT'S HERE: Join Me On Launch Week!

Hello, Reader

IT’S HERE! The Shopkeeper of Alsace is available for pre-order now. Local book sellers are always my first choice for buying books. Please support these community-minded businesses who keep downtowns thriving, people gathering, and ideas flowing.

If you’re in New Hampshire, I recommend you pre-order through GIBSON'S BOOKSTORE in Concord, WHITE BIRCH BOOKS in North Conway, or the Independent bookstore in your area. Here are the NH members of the New England Independent Booksellers Association.

If you are outside New England, you may pre-order the novel from my fabulous California-based publisher, BEDAZZLED INK.

On Friday, November 7th, The Shopkeeper of Alsace will be available for purchase in both physical and online bookstores. This week, as I (nervously!) count down the days before my novel’s launch, I’m reflecting on the seven-year journey that brought me to this moment, where this beautiful story can finally be shared with readers like you. I’ve arranged a half-dozen author talks around New Hampshire in November, and am planning many more. I hope you can join me for one of these conversations, about hidden history, family, and the courage to continue.

Please reach out if you’d like me to come speak to your group, library, bookstore, or book club. My website is www.lauraknoy.com and my email is laurajknoy@gmail.com.

Thank you for your interest in my work. I’m honored by the time you’ve chosen to spend with me - whether through my website, social media, newsletter…and soon - novel!

All my best,

Laura Knoy

P.S. I invite you to forward this newsletter to friends & colleagues who would be interested in my work. Thanks in advance!

Launch Week for "The Shopkeeper of Alsace"

Hello, Reader Four Launch Events…One Crazy Week…and why New Hampshire is awesome. My Launch Week in Review... Perhaps it was overly-ambitious, but what did I know? I’d never launched a book before. And so, within the space of eight days in mid-November, I travelled around the state to talk about my novel. I worried I would get sick. I worried that not enough people would show up. I worried about running out of books…or having too many books left over. NONE of those things happened. Launch...
